Eastern Lofts transformed the American Railway Express Company Garage, a building listed
on the National Register of Historic Places, into a mixed-use anchor in the Philadelphia’s
Strawberry Mansion neighborhood and has engaged the surrounding community. The panel
will include the developer, architect, contractor, and neighborhood stakeholder.
