Katherine Missimer, a land use and zoning attorney with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, will be joining us to discuss various ownership structures for real estate development projects in the City of Philadelphia. Her presentation will address which factors impact the ownership structure of a development project and how available options best address those factors. Specifically, she will discuss the differences between the condominium and planned community forms of ownership.
Ms. Missimer is a land use and zoning attorney at Obermayer. She represents real estate developers and property owners in all aspects of acquisition, zoning and development of real estate, including the drafting of condominium and planned community documents as well as representation before the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment and the zoning hearing boards of surrounding townships and municipalities.
