Work is well underway at the New College House - a 198,000 SF, LEED Silver, BCJ-designed structure that will frame the gateway to the University of Pennsylvania campus.
Design and construction team members will lead the tour and answer questions about this exciting project – registration is limited to 12 attendees! Tour participants are required to bring their own hard hat and wear close-toed shoes. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

The New College House will accommodate 350 students in single- and multiple-bedroom suites arranged around a central courtyard. Community spaces will include a large multipurpose “living room”, dining hall, media center, seminar rooms, common kitchens, and lounge areas. A series of green roofs and a below-grade cistern will manage the site’s storm water.
