Anne Fadullon, Director of the Department of Planning and Development and Melissa Long, Deputy Director will be making a presentation on the state of housing in Philadelphia and the city’s action plan.
During the city’s bid for The Amazon headquarters, The City of Philadelphia gathered and analyzed data on housing in the city and other metrics as part of their proposal for Amazon. After the bid was submitted this data was subsequently used by The Department of Planning and Development to asses the city’s housing stock and develop an action plan for future housing in the city.
