Get an inside look at FMC Tower at Cira Centre South as it rises to its 49-story, 730-foot height! Project architects from BLTa will lead the tour of this design collaboration with Pelli Clarke Pelli. This luxury mixed-use skyscraper will bring iconic architecture, the latest in advanced engineering, and sustainable design to University City.
The tour will proceed from the main lobby up to the top of the office portion on level 26, and provide an introduction to the project’s integration with Amtrak, finishes in the main lobby, building structural system, and curtain wall skin.
Enrollment is limited and involves travelling by hoist to significant heights. Tour participants should arrive by 2:30pm to the corner of 30th and Walnut Streets in order to gain access to the site. Attendees should plan to stay for the full two hours and will need to bring a signed waiver form and have proper attire before entering the site: long pants, boots, hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses.
