Tour Description

East Market – 1100 Market Street Phase 1 is an 18 story mixed used building w/ centralized underground parking and loading located in Center City Philadelphia. 1100 Market Street is part of a larger overall complex that spans a full city block. Unique to this project is the Pedestrian walkway, through the middle of the site, Chestnut Walk that will link Market Street to Ludlow Street. 15 levels of residential units w/ an indoor/outdoor amenity level available to all residents sits atop 2 levels of retail. Currently under construction, the building consists of steel framing w/ composite concrete decks up through Level 003 and switches to Precast concrete hollow core plank up through the rest of the building. Once completed, the east portion of 1100 Market will consist of 321 residential units w/ nearly 60,000 sf of retail space.
