The CHOP Schuylkill Phase I Project is located at 2716 South Street, Philadelphia, PA.  The project is designed by Ballinger and is a Joint Venture between L.F. Driscoll Co., LLC and Tishman Construction.  At 703,000SF, the project includes the construction of a new Class A Office Tower to be used by The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for Clinical Research and Administrative Office programs.  The first two floors of the Tower include the main lobby space, conference rooms, food service facility, and seating areas to accommodate building occupants and conference attendees.  The project also includes the construction of a pedestrian bridge to span from the promenade plaza over the CSX tracks to the Schuylkill River trail.  Hat, vest, safety glasses and appropriate footwear are required.  Extras may be available.  Waiver form is required upon arrival.
