Philadelphia is moving to electronic permit submissions through eClipse. in order to use the system you will need to be registered. Representatives from L&I will be on hand to assist with the registration process. The system will go live in March, so get registeered now in order to avoid any conflict at launch.

A flash drive with the following information:
- Proof of licensure
- Statement of employment on company letterhead
