A collaboration between AIA Philadelphia’s Design and Housing Committees, this Design Dialogue presents three recent case studies of well-designed housing projects that exemplify progressive approaches to building both sustainably and affordably.  From passive house principles to transit-oriented developments, each presenter will explore how their project implemented thoughtful designs that prioritize an integrated architectural response to issues of housing, affordability, and climate justice.
