AIA Housing Committee | April Meeting

Jeff Allegretti from Innova Services will join us to talk about their foray into Workforce Housing. Using land obtained for no cost from the Land Bank, Innova has found a way to design and build this housing to allow for a small profit with a highly insulated envelope using Passive House detailing. Jeff will discuss the financial details, as well as the construction details, of these projects.
